CFO

Prior to his career in translation business, Mr. Kaspars Zvergis worked for an international advertising company, assisting the company in its marketing and advertising, public relations, and strategic development.

 

Kaspars graduated from the University of Latvia with the bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. In 2007 he took a capacity of Translation Project Manager in international translation company Baltic Media Ltd but soon was promoted to take the position of the Marketing Director. Started from the bottom he gained an extensive knowledge about the language industry and developed necessary skills for managing international translation projects and ensuring an outstanding customer service. During his career at Baltic Media Ltd, Kaspars succeeded to bring in a number of well-known international customers that helped to triple the turnover and favoured the company’s growth. 

 

As the CFO of RixTrans, Kaspars focuses on service expansion and the strategic implementation of new technologies to streamline company operations and grow the company’s revenue. He combines a big-picture vision with an acute attention to detail and extensive technical expertise.

 

Kaspars is fluent in Latvian, Russian and English.
