Money Back Policy
- Project cancellation. To cancel a project, please contact your RixTrans project manager via e-mail, phone or Skype, indicating your project number and order date.
You may cancel your project free of charge but you will still be obliged to pay for the work that has been completed by the time at which you make your project cancellation request. Completed work will be sent to you upon request.
- Claims. Any claims that are related to translation quality, delivery deadline, terminology, layout or invoicing must be presented within 30 days of the delivery of the project. Your claim with a detailed description of the nature of the problem should be sent to our project manager or to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. We will look into this issue and try to fix it free of charge until you are completely satisfied with the result. In case this is not possible due to whatever circumstances, we will offer you a discount or a full refund.
- Money refund. All RixTrans services have a 30 day money-back guarantee. But in order to qualify for a cash refund the basis of your claim needs to be confirmed. What this means is that your claim will be sent for an independent third party review. If your claim is recognised as having a basis in fact, your money will be refunded to your account within seven days of the receipt of a report which outlines any insufficiency in the levels of quality.
